Kelsey D. Foligno

Kelsey Foligno grew up in a small town in South Texas and moved to Dallas to attend law school. Her early background was in small business litigation. In 2002, Ms. Foligno joined Berry, Byrne, and Randall, (now The Berry Firm) where she concentrated on the representation of health care providers and entities in medical malpractice litigation, as well as state board complaints. Prior to joining Ekvall and Byrne, Ms. Foligno worked as staff counsel for Nationwide Insurance.

Kelsey is heavily involved in animal rescue and wildlife rehabilitation. She is a board member of North Texas Cat Rescue and volunteers her time with Wild Rescue Inc., Hedgcoxe Elementary PTA, Hendrick Middle School PTA, Cub Scouts Pack 1220, and Plano Metropolitan Ballet. She also teaches Sunday school at Custer Road United Methodist Church.
