Our Attorneys
Nathan Majors was born in Garland, Texas, in 1972. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University-San Marcos in 1995. After graduation, Nathan worked as a private investigator in Dallas, Texas, and was employed by several local law firms to investigate claims ranging from marital infidelity and sexual molestation to personal injury claims and worker's compensation fraud. It was his time as a private investigator that spurred Nathan's interest in attending law school. Nathan enrolled at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2000. While in law school, Nathan was inducted into the International Legal Honors Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and was also the lead trial attorney on the Texas Wesleyan mock trial team.
Following graduation from law school, Nathan worked for Foster & Sear, L.L.P., a firm specializing in toxic tort injury claims arising from exposure to asbestos, silica, and water contamination throughout the United States. While at Foster & Sear, Nathan acted as co-counsel and lead counsel at trials in counties throughout Texas. In 2003, Nathan left Foster & Sear, L.L.P. and began concentrating his practice on personal injury actions consisting of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, product liability actions, and animal attacks. Nathan has experience on both sides of the docket, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants. In 2004, Nathan focused his practice primarily in the area of insurance law, particularly property, personal injury and first-party insurance defense litigation. In 2005, Nathan joined the law firm of Ekvall and Byrne, L.L.P. The primary emphasis of his practice continues to be on automobile and commercial transportation cases. Nathan is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Federal District Courts of Texas. Nathan is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyer's Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyer's Association.
