Jeremy W. McKey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and from St. Mary's University School of Law, with honors, in 2005. After law school, Jeremy was an associate with the insurance defense firm of Adami, Goldman & Shuffield. While at Adami, Goldman & Shuffield, Jeremy primarily defended first and third party insurance cases and trucking cases, individuals and corporations throughout Texas in a wide variety of matters. Jeremy then joined Wayne Wright, L.L.P., a large personal injury firm, and successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal injury actions arising out of automobile and trucking accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents and on the job accidents.

In 2008, Jeremy returned to the Dallas area with his wife, who is also an attorney, and continued to represent clients in personal actions. In 2009, Jeremy joined the law firm of Ekvall & Byrne, L.L.P. The primary emphasis of his practice continues to be on automobile and commercial transportation cases. Jeremy has tried about a dozen cases and handled numerous appeals throughout Texas.

He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the United States Distict Court for the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of Texas. Jeremy is a member of the Dallas County Bar Association and Denton County Bar Association.
