Hollie M. Eisenhauer received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas in 1988, and graduated from St. Mary's Univesity School of Law in 1994. Ms. Eisenhauer practiced insurance defense litigation with Thornton Summers Biechlin Dunham & Brown, LLP in San Antonio in the mid 90s prior to moving to Dallas. She joined the firm of Fletcher & Springer in 1998 before joining the first party litigation section of Thompson Coe in Dallas, Texas from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Eisenhauer was subsequently Of Counsel with Stacy & Conder LLP for several years. Ms. Eisenhauer began working with Ekvall & Byrne, L.L.P. in July, 2010.

Ms. Eisenhauer practices in all aspects of civil litigation, but has devoted most of her practice to automobile and commercial transportation liability, premises liability, products liability and insurance disputes. Her experience and proficiency at prosecuting and defending complex litigation helped her develop the ability to accurately evaluate a client's litigation exposure to enable early resolution through mechanisms such as pre-trial negotiation, formal mediation and summary bench trials.

Ms. Eisenhauer is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
